Return Policy


It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We try our best to show the exact image and accurate measurement of merchandise to our valuable customers. If for any reason you do not absolutely love your purchase, we will gladly issue a refund for the value of the merchandise.
We want to give you a hassle-free way to return anything (excluding custom-made items & final sale items), so you can return any item (excluding custom-made items & final sale items) to us within 7 days of receiving your original order.

●You can place a new order if a replacement size, color or alternative items are required, and return the original item/s to us for a refund.

Personalized Items (e.g., Custom-made shoes) cannot be returned. Only an exchange will be administered in the form of one to one exchange
for the same item
.

Final Sale items should not be returned.

As an International customer, you can return your parcel using any postal service. Please note - you'll need to cover the postage yourself.

If you're looking to return a faulty or incorrect item, please get in touch us, so we can get this sorted for you. But for returns of defected item and
wrong item delivery, we will refund the international shipping charge as well.

Do not return your package via Surface. Only Air can be accepted. Any return via Surface can be refused without your consent.

If the returning package is lost or damaged during shipping process, you will be fully responsible for the loss or expense for repair.

Merchandise must not be worn, perfumed, altered, or washed. All goods will be inspected on return. We try hard to accept all returns,
and returns to us don't need to be in the original packaging. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition,
we cannot refund money to the buyer.

Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels. Shoe box fees are charged when footwear is returned
in a damaged shoe box, or without the original shoe box.

Please return back items that you are not satisfied with. Return shipment must be postmarked and completed within 7 days of original package receipt.
Simply fill in the return form and send it back to us with the item/s in their original condition.
When you return your order, just pop your returns note in the parcel with the following details marked on it:
 

Your order number, and account holder’s name

Which items you’re returning for a refund (Including SKU No.)

●Select one of the reason codes against your return


If fault is on us for item returns by the reason of defective or incorrect item, please take a picture for the proof of postage and send it to us after
returning the items.
Return process can take up to 21 business days to be completed. It is very important to enclose this form with your parcel to enable us
to process your return in earliest convenience.
Once you've been refunded, we drop you an email to let you know. It can take up to 10 business days for the funds to show back into your account.

 


Be sure to read this information below, if your order is over $300.

If you had a free shipping order and you are returning an item/s, the original international shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
When customer's order is over $300, our company will provide EMS free shipping service. (Excluding Italy and few other countries)


But please bear in mind:

If the buyer returns item/s and the total amount of order goes below $300, the EMS shipping fee for your original package will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

●If the buyer returns item/s and the total amount of order is still above $300, the provided free shipping fee for the item/s that you’ve returned will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

In case of returning by the reason of Refused Shipments, Non Received Items (Absent by Addressee) and Wrong Address and Returns, you are responsible
for the original shipping charges, any Import fees that are incurred on the package, and the shipping charges of the package returns. This amount will be deducted
from your merchandise refund.
